The latest addition to our SKY9 apartments catalogue is the 75sqm-sized “City Center Apartment”. A fully-furnished apartment with two separately accessible bedrooms, based in the heart of Vienna. Due to its location, you will be able to experience the center in all its glory, immerse yourself in the Viennese culture and feel like a true local in no time.

The antique house in which this apartment is situated, has a built-in elevator and is an architectural monument that gives the suite its special charm. You can expect lofty ceilings and spacious and bright rooms that can easily accommodate up to six people.

The master bedrooms are equipped with excellent "king-size super box-spring beds" that are perfect to unwind in anticipation of the day ahead. If you feel like sitting back and relaxing, the living room offers a 40” Samsung Smart-TV set, with cable and NETFLIX access for your enjoyment. Free high-speed WLAN guarantees smooth playback in HD and a great overall internet experience during your stay.

There are many excellent bars and restaurants close-by, but if you prefer dining in the comfort of your own home, you also have a fully equipped kitchen to complement your stay. This includes cooking pots, a dishwasher and a Nespresso™️ coffee machine.

The fully-tiled and large bathroom comprises a walk-in shower and a washing-machine. Additionally, you will find beautiful soft towels in three different sizes and a hair dryer.

Also our large wardrobe ensures enough room for your clothes, wether it is for the ones you brought with you, or the fresh new ones you’ve just spoiled yourself with. We also provide a flat iron together with an ironing board.

The sofa in the living room can easily be turned into a comfortable bed if needed. It has a slatted frame and a continuous mattress without a fold in the middle.

The U4 (green line) and U1 (red line) are just a short stroll away from your doorstep, whereby the latter takes you directly to the Hauptbahnhof – Viennas Main Train Station. The tram lines 1 and 2, as well as the Airport Shuttle from Schwedenplatz, are just a few walking minutes away.
