Our terms of payment are as follows:
Refundable Rates: Like many others we collect a prepayment of 30% to prevent fraud and secure our guests booking. In case of cancellation 14days prior arrival the total amount will be credited back to your credit card immediately. The final payment will be charged from your credit card on the day of arrival.
Non Refundable Rates: The total amount will be charged from your credit card automatically on the booking date.
Both rates: A security deposit of 150EUR will be blocked on your credit card at the check-in. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
There is a final cleaning fee of 5-7 EUR per person per stay that is not yet included in the apartment price. This cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit after your departure.
Applicable for refundable rates: Cancellation: FREE up to 14 days prior to arrival
The customer commits to use the apartment and all included belongings as listed in the inventory list in a careful and diligent manner. The inventory list is available for consideration in the apartment. It is not allowed to arrange alterations, e.g. of technical or constructional or any other kind. The customer is obliged to report any scarcities immediately to the landlord.
Setting up a principal residence or permanent dwelling in the apartment is not permitted.
Arrival and check-in
The apartment will be ready on the day of arrival as stated in the booking confirmation, which is usually 2 p.m.
Upon arrival the guest is obliged to fill in a registration form. For a stay of over 2 months, the guest also has to register at the registration office.
The guest will receive one key, which opens the main entrance and the apartment door. In need of a second pair of keys, a security deposit of 75€ hast o be paid.
On the day of departure you can check-out any time before 11am, after a short room check the proper restitution of the apartment will be confirmed in the return protocol and the security deposit will be refunded. In case of a departure after 11am, according correspondence with the local staff is necessary.
Access to the apartment through staff of SKY9 Apartments
The customer registers, that SKY9 Apartments / Majd Taliaa will conduct a cleaning and quality control once a month. If cleaning was agreed on shorter intervals, the according agreement applies.
In case of technical affliction the customer permits access to members of SKY9 Apartments.
SKY9 Apartments is entitled to show the apartment to a potential customer while another guest is staying there, after announcing the visit in a timely manner.
