The Hauptbahnhof is two tram stops away, and Belvedere Palace is three stops away. By foot you’ll probably walk around 10 minutes.
How do I get from the main train station to the SKY9 office?

Do you have a reception?
We do not have a reception but you can always come to the SKY9 office and our experienced service team will assist you. It is located at the 7th floor of „Erlachgasse 118“.
Please be aware that the office is not occupied permanently. That’s why we are also available 24/7 via phone, email, Skype, Whatsapp, etc.
How do I get the keys for the apartment?
As we have a self-check in we will deposit your keys in a safe. Please expect an email 7 days prior your arrival with detailed information and your personal numerical code for the safe.
Where can I deposit my luggage?
Safe luggage lockers are available at the main station. You can store your luggage for 24 hours so you don’t have to worry about it. It so cool to live in a city accommodation close to Vienna’s main station! Isn’t it the best infrastructural location Vienna has to offer.
How do I get from the airport to the hotel?
- By train:
Two long-distance trains are operating between Vienna main train station and Vienna Airport. For the most part offering 30-minute intervals daily between approx. 06:30 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. In only 18 minutes you travel from Vienna Airport to Vienna Central Train Station. Detailed information are provided by the Vienna Tourist Board here.

A taxi drive is the most comfortable way to get from the airport to your apartment. The drive is about 20 to 40 minutes long depending on the traffic. For exact pricing, please visit: www.sky9-apartments.com/services
We are always happy to arrange a transfer for you. A driver will pick you up from the arrival hall. Therefor please send us an email with your time of arrival, your flight number and the number of persons that are travelling with you to office@sky9-apartments.com.
Check-in time
You can checkin anytime after 2pm. Please notice that our reception is not occupied permanently.
- If you have booked a Suite, we will deposit your keys in a safe. Please expect an email few days prior your arrival with detailed information and your personal numerical code.
- If you booked our Studio we need to set up an exact check-in time via mail or telephone minimum 2 days in advance.
