The Hauptbahnhof is two tram stops away, and Belvedere Palace is three stops away. By foot you’ll probably walk around 10 minutes.
Can I rent a bike, e-bike, etc.?

Is the pool in the same building?
The pool is accessible for everybody. But is it in the same building? It depends!
We have two locations and we do our best to highlight that the pool is only in one. Book the Penthouse Studio category to definitely have the pool in your building.
Do you have a reception?
We do not have a reception but you can always come to the SKY9 office and our experienced service team will assist you. It is located at the 7th floor of „Erlachgasse 118“.
Please be aware that the office is not occupied permanently. That’s why we are also available 24/7 via phone, email, Skype, Whatsapp, etc.
Can I bring my pet/animal with me?
No, for hygienic reasons pets are not allowed in the apartments.
Can I drink water from the tab?
Yes, you can! Vienna’s tap water is coming straight from the Alps, and is of excellent drinking quality!
Parking
In Vienna short-term parking fees may apply to individual streets or entire areas. It does apply to our district and neighbourhood, where our serviced apartments are located. Many of our accomodations offer an in-house garage. If you wish, it could be booked extra on a daily basis of 23EUR.

Do you have Internet in the Hotel?
Highspeed Wifi-Internet is available and of course free of a charge. You can find the credentials to the wifi-network and password inside your apartment. Mostly the information is fixed on or close to the entrance door.
Do you have smoking rooms?
All rooms and suites are non-smoking. If you really want to smoke than please book a room with a terrace and enjoy the stunning view while smoking there.
Smoking in the room is the matter of charges starting from € 50,-.
