For him sky is the limit, and he lives that way day in and day out. We asked him to tell you about “his” Vienna.

“My” Vienna in numbers
Insider: Stefan
The most delicious food you will find here
Do you love Asian cuisine just like me, then don’t miss out the “Shanghai Tan”. It is located in the Gumpendorferstraße in the 6th district and is an absolute must for sushi lovers. It is a great venue with nice atmosphere, delicious food and friendly staff. These features make the Shanghai Tan to my favorite restaurant in Vienna.
My favourite activity during rainy days
I love spending a rainy day at „Haus des Meeres“. It is used to be a bunker and now is the home of millions fishes and other creatures of the see. It’s like being on a dive trip without getting wet and leaving the city. You can easily spend hours in there and have a drink at the top floor afterwards.
This bar I like best
I’m a big fan of „Puff“. It’s a really cool bar right between Naschmarkt and Mariahilfer Strasse with good music, nice barkeepers and the best Moscow Mule in town. And trust me, when I tell you, that you will not leave that bar without taking a picture of the ceiling.
The best leisure time activities for sunny days
Rent a tiny boat for less than 20 Euros at „Alte Donau“ and enjoy a wonderful ride in the sun. Don’t forget your sunscreen and beware of the swans. Once you feed them, you probably have a hard time getting rid of them.
The best club to celebrate epic parties
Put on your dancing shoes and go to Albertina Passage. It’s actually a dinner club, but if you arrive at 10pm, you’ll be right on time for a good live performance of current hits and some Motown classics. If you’re a dancer, you’re likely to be on your feet for a very long time.
The best ice cream of Vienna
„Schelato“ might not be the typical ice cream parlor, but the best – in my opinion. Not only is the ice cream made out of organic ingredients, the flavors are so unique you’re going to have a hard time not ordering everything they have on their menu. My all time favorite is „Basil“. I know it sounds crazy, but trust me, it’s worth a try.
The best shopping location
So when I’m in the mood I always end up in Donauzentrum. It might not be located in the city centre, but it’s only a 20 minutes ride with the underground. Whatever I’m looking for, I always find it there. Plus, I really appreciate the huge food court. Who doesn’t want to get a good meal after a shopping spree, right?!
